Wholesale: Xuj Kape Women's Group Guatemala Washed

Xuj Kape is a women's collective of coffee producers in Guatemala. With 19 women-owned farms, they maintain a total of around 26 hectares of coffee farms, with commitment to their community, coffee quality, and supporting one another.

Huehuetenango is a region rich in volcanic soil, consistent rainfall, and slow cherry maturation that creates a very distinct flavor profile. It is a beautiful coffee with gentle acidity, complex spice, medium body, and a wonderful chocolatey profile that holds up to a large variety of brewing methods.
